Happy Spring Chefs!

I hope you receive this newsletter well! The chapter has officially launched it’s new website and newsletter system.  Through acfbuffalo.com you can login, renew membership, RSVP to upcoming meetings and keep up to date with current happenings in the chapter!  Everyone should have received a welcome email with instructions (you might need to check your spam). I would like to thank the board for all the hard work that went into supporting the launch!

Upcoming on April 20^th & 21st, Chef Scott Steiner & Niagara Falls Culinary Institute will be hosting our Annual Monte Dolce Spring Classic.  This two-day competition includes both display & live, baking and culinary competitions.  This is a great opportunity to grow your skill set and have some fun!

Our next Social Meeting will be May 20^th at Affinity Food Brokerage Group.  Sponsored by Lake Effect & Smithfield we are in for an incredible BBQ Pork Demo and an introduction to some new equipment!  Please register through the website! This educational event will be $15 for professionals and free for students!

Please stay tuned for a “save the date” and more information regarding our Annual Ed Hildebrand Golf Tournament August 12^th!  Registration will be through the website; instructions will be out shortly to do so!
