Sponsorship Opportunities
American Culinary Federation of Greater Buffalo is excited to announce new
opportunities for partnership with local businesses. The last few years have been a changing and
evolving time for the entire hospitality industry, this holds true for our local ACF Chapter as
well.
ACF of Greater Buffalo currently consists of around 160 members, over 80 of which
professional members, that work in schools, clubs, and restaurants across the WNY area. The
chapter also consists of nearly 70 student culinarians, the future of our industry. ACF of Greater
Buffalo has a large focus on education and student involvement. Our chapter hosts monthly
social meeting featuring local restaurants and companies. Annually, we partner with Niagara
Falls Culinary Institute in hosting the Monte Dolce Spring Classic Culinary Salon, where
students and professionals are able to compete for ACF medals. The chapter also regularly hosts
certification exams. As you can see, our involvement with local membership is unmatched.
The chapter launched out our new website and newsletter in March 2024. This is where
our partnerships will be displayed. Our new system will include the option to add links that will
take our members directly to your business website. There are now four partnership levels, each
including different opportunities for your business to be seen and promoted. With the new
communication tools and with much discussion with the Board of Directors, the decision was
made to evolve our sponsorship opportunities.
