The American Culinary Federation is preparing for its 20^th Ed Hildebrand Scholarship Golf Tournament, which is being held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Niagara Falls Country Club in Lewiston, NY.  Because of the generosity of our sponsors, we have been able to raise more than $100,000 for student scholarships at SUNY ERIE Community College and the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute.

Please consider participating in our tournament or donating a food or drink product for this event. We anticipate an audience of over 130 individuals who will be present to sample your generous contribution.  

The ACF of Buffalo raises these funds to financially assist future Chefs and Culinarians to achieve their goals of a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. These young men and women then become an integral part of the foodservice industry in Western New York. Scholarships funded by the American Culinary Federation are a critical piece to their success. This would not be possible without the proceeds from this event and donations from our generous vendors.
